DOUBLE EXPOSURe

Berlin, Germany, 2025

Each of these images was made with a Kodak Gold 200 color film.
Without a precise plan, I loaded the roll into my camera and shot twice on the same frame, hoping that the overlap would reveal something new.
What’s interesting is that my camera, a Rolleiflex SL35, has a button that allows for double exposure — not all cameras do, and that little trick opens up a whole world of possibilities.

That’s what analog double exposure is about: trusting in mistakes, in coincidence, and in the magic of images aligning with one another.
